Regulatory & Innovation Landscape of Cannabinoids

Kyle Marinkovich is Chief Executive Officer of Northern Diversified Solutions (NDS), a hemp ingredients processor located in Burnsville.  Founded in 2019, the company serves customers across the country in the brewing, spirits, RTD beverages, bakery, confectionary, functional nutrition, and nutraceutical categories. Prior to founding NDS he served in multiple leadership roles at Cargill, Inc. in its global food ingredients enterprise. He serves on the State of Minnesota’s Office of Cannabis Management Cannabis Advisory Council, the Minnesota Cannabis Growers Co-op and Industry Council as a board member and is active with multiple organizations across the agricultural and food and beverage industries. He holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a BA in History from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
