During this presentation, representatives Erica L.H.D. McDougall & Kristy Miron from Land O’Lakes will walk through three key phases of development: Laying the Foundation, Implementation and Integration, and moving to Growth and Measurable Impact. This discussion will describe how Dairy Foods, with its external partners and farmer-members, have moved in partnership to catalyze infrastructure, align goals across the value chain, and deliver outcomes.

Land O’Lakes’ journey illustrates how a cooperative can operationalize sustainability at scale—moving beyond commitments to deliver measurable environmental outcomes. Through strategic partnerships, innovation, and disciplined execution, the organization has positioned itself as a sustainability implementer working to align economic and environmental goals to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving marketplace.
