Join MN IFT New Professionals for a gongfu tea tasting at Northeast Tea House in Minneapolis. The gongfu method of brewing tea is an ancient Chinese one that involved a series of short steepings (seconds, not minutes) of any given tea that allows the participants to observe the changing color, aroma, taste and even mouth feel of the tea. It’s fun, easy, interesting and very in-the-moment, almost meditative. You will have the chance to brew and taste 4 different teas accompanied by an assortment of mochi and house-baked treats!
