Included with Your Booth
The booth space measures 6×6 feet and will include a standard 6×2-foot table, which will span the full width of the booth. If you would prefer a smaller 4×2-foot table instead, we’d be happy to accommodate your request. Please contact us.
Parking & Unloading
Parking
Parking is available in the Plaza Municipal Parking Ramp (underground), which connects to the Minneapolis Convention Center, or in the 3rd Ave. Parking Ramp located across from the Convention Center. Parking rates vary and are subject to change. Additional parking information and options can be found on the Minneapolis Convention Center website.
Unloading
For unloading purposes, exhibitors may utilize the Convention Center’s Marshaling Yard for a complimentary 45-minute unloading period. After unloading, vehicles should be relocated to one of the parking options listed above for the day. Exhibitors remaining in the Marshaling Yard beyond the complimentary 45-minute period will be subject to applicable parking fees.

Please keep in mind the Advance Equipment Order Pricing Deadline of Monday, September 21, 2026 through Chrome Expo Services.
Material Handling charges apply. If sending freight, please set up a Material Handling order for this service so we’re aware you will require Material Handling Services. This will help streamline the process and ensure your shipment is in your booth space when exhibitor move-in starts.

Instruments and/or equipment (if they can be self supporting and set on the table)

Tables cannot be placed in aisles. We must maintain 10’ aisles per the fire code.
Free standing floor displays
Table-top displays exceeding 5 feet above table

Solicitation, interviews, or distribution of literature outside the exhibitors booth
