IFT-MN SECTION MEMBERSHIP

The Minnesota Section of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) is open to anyone who is interested in food science, food technology, and the food industry in this geographical region. The section also provides support to The Great Plains Subsection, which includes members living in Eastern South Dakota and Southern Minnesota. Our current membership is approximately 1200 and continues to grow.

Membership categories:

  • Student Member - $5.00
  • Regional Member (already a member of national IFT) - $10.00
  • Regional Associate (not a member of national IFT) - $15.00

Membership Benefits include:

  • Notification of monthly dinner meetings
  • Electronic transmission (or hard copy mailed) of IFT-MN Newsletter
  • Eligibility to hold an office
  • Eligible to vote for officers of the IFT-MN section
